hm Im not sure wether you need a certain rank to train level 3 skills. I think it doesn't matter but then again I'm not sure. Just checked the fleetroster and saw that you're captain rank, that should be enough to train level 3 skills, since I was able to do that when I was commander. What does it s...

Sorry for not being online much, busy with school :curse . Auxiliary power represents all general systems. Such as Sensors, deflectors, emitters, etc. These abilities are used for all science abilities. Having high auxiliary levels for science ships will improve the effectiveness of most abilities, ...
